If you offer a Pickup and Delivery service with us, your customers have the ability to message your store directly by the two way messaging tool which is available on both the customer app and booking tool.
How it works
- On the customer app/booking tool, there is a message icon on the home screen. When a customer clicks on this icon, they will then be able to start conversation with your store. Please see the below screenshot of what this will look like from their perspective.
- Once a customer messages you via this messaging tool, you will receive a notification of this via the POS. Click on the messages icon at the top right of your screen.
- If you wish to reply to a message, please note that this will require push notification credits. This is so the notification comes through to the customer accordingly. To purchase these, go to Settings > Admin > Notifications > Push Notifications.
