In your CleanCloud account, you have the facility of being able to access the CRM to manage and view each and every one of your customers.
To access the CRM:
1. On the new order page, search for a customer.
2. Once you have selected the relevant customer, click on the blue profile symbol which is located next to their name.
3. This will then open up the customer CRM for the customer you selected, specifically the statistics page.
Customer CRM sections explained:
Orders - The ability to view all active and fully processed orders for this customer in the system.
Stats - Where you can see the metric data for the customer, and also will have the ability to redeem their loyalty points. The loyalty points field will only appear if you have it configured in Settings > Admin > Discounts > Loyalty Points Scheme.
Edit customer - Where you can edit all the details about the customer. This could be their address for example.
Payments - The ability to see all payments that the customer has made to your store.
Messages - Where you can send and receive SMS or email messages to your customer. Please note, for SMS messages to be received, this will require a custom phone number. If you also wish to access any notifications that have been sent to a customer, you can also do this on this page. Make sure you enable the 'show notifications' toggle for this.
Pickups - This will only appear if you're on our professional subscription plan and have your Pickup & Delivery section set up. You can access from here any regular, active or recent pickups. You can also create a regular (recurring) pickup on this page.
Subscription - This will only appear if you're on a professional subscription plan and have a subscription set up in your Pickup & Delivery section. This is where you're able to add a subscription to the customers account, or even cancel an existing subscription that they're on.
Photos - To view any photos related to that customer's orders or profile. You can upload an image or use your devices camera.
