This method of splitting a ticket involves staff at the plant selecting items which they want to split off into a new order.
Note that this is only possible if all the garments have an ID or a note attached to them.
1. Go to the plant mode from Settings > Plant or directly from https://cleancloudapp.com/plant
2. On any page of the plant, click on the edit pencil next to the order details.
3. Select the garments you want to split into a new order
4. You will be able to set a new ready by date, which stages in the plant the garments should go to, as well as additional notes for the new order.
5. Click on the submit button
The customers will be emailed automatically and be notified of the delay.
