You can create subscriptions for your customers when they sign up through the customer app. For example you can charge $10 a month to be a part of your delivery service, which will be automatically billed and charged to your customers. The ability to create subscriptions requires integration with Stripe or Clearent.
To add subscriptions go to Settings > Admin > App > Customer Subscriptions.
On the Customer Subscriptions page you will be able to see all of your active subscriptions and view the customers that are currently on these subscriptions.
To add a new subscription click the blue "Add Subscription +" button, this will bring up a widow.
Add the relevant information and click the green "Add Subscription" button. You can also assign a price list to your subscriptions, you can view how to add a price list here.
Note for Stripe users:
If you are integrated with Stripe you will need to go to your Stripe dashboard and create the subscription before adding it to CleanCloud. When adding the subscription on CleanCloud you will need to provide the Stripe plan ID, these look something like plan_JnDJnfdsgfg and can be found in Stripe.
After the subscriptions are added to your account, customers will be able to choose between the different subscription options when signing up to your pickup and delivery App.
They will then be billed automatically according to your subscription.
Note that you will have to keep track of the subscription allowance of each customer manually.
This can be done through your Stripe Dashboard or Clearent Virtual Terminal.
