You can track and share the drivers location with the customers. When the driver accepts a Pickup or Delivery order it can send a notification to the customer with a link they can use to see the drivers location.
To Enable Driver Location Tracking
- Go to the Settings > Admin >App page in CleanCloud and scroll down to the Driver App section
- Enable the Track Driver Location option
- If you would like to send a notification to the customer with the location, you must also enable the Email or SMS notification option there as well.
- Press the Update button below
The link that the customer is sent will work for up to an hour. After which they will not have access to the drivers location.
View Location of All Your Drivers
If your drivers are using the CleanCloud Driver App, you will be able to view their locations.
First make sure that you have the Track Driver option enabled on the Settings->App page.
Once enabled you will then be able to see a "View Driver Locations" button at the top of the Settings->Users page in CleanCloud. When you click on this it will give you a map of where your drivers are, and how recent their last location update was.
