This feature is useful if an item arrives at the plant but cannot be processed at the current price for various reasons (torn, needs extra cleaning etc).
The staff member would then identify the need to charge more or less for cleaning it.
Note that this is only possible if all the garments have an ID or a note attached to them.
1. Go to the plant mode from Settings > Plant or directly from https://cleancloudapp.com/plant
2. On any page of the plant, click on the edit pencil next to the order details.
3. Select the garment you want to adjust the price for by ticking the box in the 'adjust' column
4. Select the reason and enter the price adjustment
This will create a new order with the requested price adjustment reflected as a custom product. It is done this way as the customer may have already paid for the order.
The new order will show the reason for adjustment, the amount, and the order it was spun out from.
The order will be sent to the ready page of the store directly.
