If you wish to make a record of the condition of a garment you can upload photos to your orders.
To Upload Photos
You will see a "Add Photo +" button at the bottom of the New Order page. Click this button to select the file(s) that you wish to upload. You can select multiple images at a time if you need to.
Alternatively, you can use your PC/Mac device camera to take a live photo. If you would like this configured, just go to Settings > Printers > Web Camera.
If you are on a tablet or smartphone you may also have the option to take a picture instead which will then be automatically uploaded.
After the photos have been uploaded you can submit the order.
To View Photos
You can view the photos associated with an order by clicking the Photo icon for an order on the CLEAN or READY page. The icon will be next to the Printer and Edit icons if the order has photos assigned to it.
Another way to view photos, would be if you select a customer from the ‘New order’ page -> click on the blue profile symbol -> select the ‘photos’ option from the customer CRM menu as shown below.
