Customer Sender ID
In some countries you can set a custom alphanumeric sender ID to replace the phone number that the customers sees when they receive an SMS notification.
To set this go to the Settings->SMS page and set your custom ID. This can be a maximum of 11 characters.

Custom Phone Number
In some countries you can request a custom phone number for sending SMS. This will also enable you to receive SMS from your customers and view their messages.
If you would like a custom phone number contact CleanCloud support and inform them which area code you need. We are not able to purchase exact numbers, only what is available. This service costs $30 per year and will be added to your subscription. You will still have to pay for SMS credits as the $30 per year cost only covers the rental of the phone number.
This feature is only available in these countries:

View SMS Sent by your Customers
If you have a custom phone number setup you will be able to view incoming SMS from your customers and reply to them from your inbox.
You can access your inbox by clicking on the message icon at the top right of your screen.
You will also be able to view incoming SMS on the SMS Messages page> https://cleancloudapp.com/messages
