The CleanCloud Mailbox will allow you to see messages from your customers and reply to them.
This feature will allow you to do that for emails, but also for SMS if you have a custom phone number with us.

You can access your mailbox by clicking on the message icon at the top right of your screen.
It will light up with a notification badge when you have a message. It currently checks every 2 minutes for new message.

When you click on it it will bring up your inbox with replies from customers. Typically this will be when they reply to notifications sent to them.
You can then reply to them directly from CleanCloud and also view the reply history (if a staff member has already replied).
