To enable your Tookan integration go to the Settings->App page in your CleanCloud account and scroll down to the Tookan API section.
Enter your V2 API that you get from your Tookan Account's Settings page into the text box and press Update.
How It Works
Every pickup order created either from the Point of Sales side or from the Customer App side will be sent to your Tookan account as a Pickup Task.
Every delivery order will be sent to your Tookan account as a Delivery task when you mark the order as cleaned in CleanCloud.
When a pickup is marked as successful in Tookan, it can automatically update CleanCloud to change the order status from the PICKUP page to the CLEAN page.
To enable webhooks:
1) Login to your Tookan account and go to the Settings page, then click the Notifications tab at the top of this page
2) In the Pickup Notifications section click the Pencil icon in the SUCCESSFUL trigger row
4) Press Update, then turn on Webhooks for the SUCCESSFUL trigger
5) Please note that this should only be enabled for the PICKUP SUCCESSFUL trigger
