The app helps your drivers view their route, navigate to the pickups and deliveries, take payment for the orders, view their personal statistics, as well to as to create new orders.
After logging in to the app the driver will be presented with all the pickups and deliveries for their route for the day in chronological order.
If they click on the right hand side of an order it will provide more information about the order, prompts for Accepting & Completing the order, one button click to launch Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze navigation, and a button for taking Payment (if the order is unpaid).
If the driver has several pickups/deliveries in quick succession they can have the app run a route optimization. To do this they click on the P or D letter on the left hand side of each order to tick each order. A navigation button will appear at the bottom right. Once they click this they will be provided with a route optimisation tool to re-order those selected orders into the best route.
A driver can change their route by clicking on the navigation menu button at the top left of the app and clicking Settings in the navigation menu.
A driver can create a new order by clicking the + symbol at the top right of the app. They select the customer by entering the name into the customer field and select the appropriate customer. Then set if the order is a Pickup or Delivery and set the relevant date and time.
A driver can view their personal statistics by clicking on the navigation menu button at the top left of the app and clicking Statistics in the navigation menu
