In CleanCloud either your staff can create pickup orders from the New Order page, or your customers can create pickup orders from the Customer App or your website.
Please note that scheduling Pickups requires you to have your online store activated on the Settings > Admin >App page
How staff can create a new pickup order
- When creating a new order on the New Order page, click on the upward facing arrow next to the submit button
- Enable the pickup option and select the date and time of the pickup. Then, submit the order
- This order will be added to the PICKUPS page, and will be automatically added to the Delivery Printout page and Driver app.
