Creating Invoices in CleanCloud is fast and easy. With a few clicks, you will be able to create a professional looking invoice, send it to your customer and charge them for it.
- Click on 'Invoice' from Settings/menu
- Select Monthly Invoices or Invoice by Custom Date Range from the drop-down menu next to "Search"
- Select the date period for the invoice
- Enter customer name, email or phone or leave blank and press the Search button
- For each customer you can click the Invoice button to generate a printable invoice, Press PDF Invoice to create a downloadable PDF Invoice, Email Invoice to send the invoice by email, or mark their orders as paid.
- If you use our EVO Payments or Stripe integration you can charge their saved credit card to charge the invoice.
- If you use our Xero or QuickBooks integration you can click the Send Invoice to Xero or Send Invoice to QuickBooks button to pass the invoice over to your preferred accounting software.
